Withdraw balance

Explaining the process of withdrawing account balance

To withdraw account balance, lodge a withdraw request.

In order to do so, from the main menu click Account > Withdraw

Inner account page

You will be prompted to enter the amount to withdraw. You may provide the amount in % or numbers (usd).

If you provide %, it is the % of your total balance.

You may also provide usd value.

Once you provided the amount, your request will be automatically processed using the original deposit address.

Withdrawal fees

Please be mindful of network fees, this will depend on the Network/coin pair you pick when initially setting up the account.

Due to security we allow automatic withdrawals only to the original deposit address.

Request withdrawal to a different address
